Returns & Exchanges
At endurix.shop, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you're not completely happy with your order, we offer you the option to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the product(s). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used.
Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale and promotional items remain subject to our standard return/exchange policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept order cancellations before the product is processed. If the order is canceled before processing, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, if the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with all tags still attached.
- Items must be returned with their original packaging and boxes.
- All items in an order must be returned in one package.
- Return/Exchange shipments should be made using the same service as the original delivery.
- Returns or exchanges can only be accepted from the country to which the order was originally shipped (e.g., orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US).
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Returns/exchanges are not free of charge (import and shipping fees are at your own expense).
- For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, certain jewelry, makeup, and skincare products cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner is intact.
- Naturally, any faulty items can be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition. If your refund/exchange is rejected, you will be notified and can choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR ENTIRE ORDER?

Contact us: Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process with the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photo or video of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Package your item: Place the receipt and the items back into the original packaging.
- Prepare the shipping documents: Fill out all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Insert all copies in the transparent envelope and attach it to the package.
- Handover to courier: After the courier verifies the return shipment, securely close the package and hand it over.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by endurix.shop for returned items.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
